Jonathan Clarke, CPA auditor

Jonathan is a Partner with MNP's Assurance and Accounting Services group in Montréal. With a passion for client service and adding value to his clients, he leads engagements by ensuring both high quality and high service standards from beginning to end. 

Jonathan has more than two decades of experience in client service delivering audits under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE), and U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (U.S. GAAP). He has worked with both private and public clients of all sizes in both French and English. Jonathan specializes in helping technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) clients, along with real estate and manufacturing clients. He has years of experience working on international audits, and has worked extensively throughout Canada, the U.S, and internationally.

Jonathan holds a Graduate diploma in public accountancy from Concordia University. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and CPA auditor.

Jonathan is a member of several boards, including Memphrémagog Conservation, Champions for Life Foundation, and Swimming Canada’s Audit and Finance committee.
