Mania Qumarsy, CPA

Mania is a member of MNP’s Private Enterprise Services team in Courtenay. As a long-term business advisor to a range of small and medium-sized enterprises, she builds authentic, lasting client relationships, and delivers reliable, practical advice at every stage of their journey. Mania brings a calm, solutions-first mindset to every engagement — listening attentively, asking thoughtful questions, and partnering closely with her clients to uncover smart, workable answers tailored to their unique circumstances. She helps them navigate their financial decisions with confidence, clarity, and a clear path forward, giving them genuine peace of mind as they reach their goals.

Mania’s services include assurance and accounting, business and tax advice, growth, succession, and retirement and estate planning. She works one-on-one with organizations in the manufacturing, construction and trades, consulting and professionals, real estate, hospitality, recreation, retail, and not-for-profit sectors.

Prior to joining MNP close to a decade ago, Mania was a senior mining engineer at multiple engineering consulting firms.

Mania earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in mining engineering, winning an Award of Distinction, from the University of Tehran in 2001; and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Accounting, Dean’s Honour Roll, from North Island College in 2017. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualified in 2020.

Mania is the treasurer of the Downtown Courtenay Business Improvement Association.
