Sébastien is a Partner with MNP’s Business Valuation and Litigation Support Services team in Montréal, as well as for the New Brunswick region. Recognized for his deep technical knowledge, pragmatic approach, and excellent interpersonal skills, Sébastien brings close to a decade of professional experience to his role.

He provides business valuation services for mergers and acquisitions, strategic analyses, tax compliance and planning, and shareholder disputes, as well as for family and matrimonial law matters. In addition, he has developed a strong track record in transactional advisory, offering services ranging from business valuation to negotiation support and more.

Fluent in both French and English, Sébastien holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in accounting from the Université de Moncton. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV), earning the highest mark in Canada on the CBV Institute’s Litigation Support in Business Valuation course exam in 2019.
