Shary is a Partner with MNP’s Real Estate and Construction Services team in Markham, Ontario. She has more than a decade of accounting and audit experience delivering assurance services to clients such as homebuilders, condominium developers, and commercial and multi-residential property owners.

Responsive and knowledgeable, Shary understands the real estate and construction business, and customizes solutions that mitigate risk and create efficient audit methodologies. She is experienced with real estate and construction companies reporting under both International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE). She has experience working with privately held corporations, joint ventures / co-ownerships, and partnerships in the real estate and construction industry.

Shary is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in both Ontario and Alberta. She earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of New Brunswick in 2009.
