Victoria Smith, MA

Victoria is a member of MNP’s Consulting Services team in Edmonton. A dedicated problem solver adept at critical thinking and root cause analysis, she understands complex human systems and clearly articulates both the issue at hand and innovative solutions, with the goal of developing high-performing teams and achieving organizational goals.

Victoria is a Partner in Consulting Services, with experience in the public, private, academic, and not-for-profit sectors. She focuses on Integrated Project Delivery, carbon services, climate resiliency, performance measurement, regulatory, affairs, program evaluation and reviews, economic impact analysis, research, organizational reviews, stakeholder engagement and facilitation, executive coaching, change management, and business process improvement.

Much of Victoria’s time is concentrated in guiding public sector clients as they navigate complexity. She has also helped businesses in the real estate and construction space implement Lean Construction methodologies, practices, and behaviours. This work involved supporting owners, training and coaching large teams, navigating high- conflict situations, supporting teams through conflict resolution, and facilitating multiple levels of leadership.

Victoria graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in history and anthropology, and a Master of Arts (MA) in humanities computing in 2013. She is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (2025), a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (2025), and has received Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) Advanced Training (2023).
