Managing Director

Wilson is a Managing Director with MNP's Corporate Finance group in Toronto. With more than a decade of advisory services experience, Wilson specializes in due diligence and helping clients gain clarity on acquisitions, divestitures, and financing transactions.

In the transaction advisory practice, Wilson leads due diligence and quality of earnings engagements, delivering sound financial advice and insights to mid-market companies from both a financial and tax perspective. He identifies operational and financial risks, allowing his clients to make informed business decisions.

Wilson works with both financial and strategic clients, ranging from private and publicly traded companies to private equity and sponsored investors, search funds, and individuals. His deal experience spans a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, transportation, construction, technology, financial services, and healthcare.

Wilson earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) from Lakehead University in 2007. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2010. Wilson gives back to the community through his involvement with a variety of associations in the merger and acquisition industry.
