Redhead Equipment has acquired Norsask Farm Equipment Ltd. MNP Corporate Finance Inc. acted as exclusive financial advisor to Norsask Farm Equipment Ltd. in structuring and negotiating this transaction.
Transaction Brief
This transaction has allowed PFM Capital Inc., acting as fund manager of the Saskatchewan Entrepreneurial Fund, alongside operating management shareholders, to divest of their interests in Norsask Farm Equipment Ltd. (“Norsask”). With the acquisition of Norsask, Redhead Equipment (“Redhead”) was able to expand their presence in Saskatchewan to eight locations.
Norsask is a full-service Case IH farm equipment dealership. In addition, Norsask sells and services various agricultural equipment and implement shortlines, along with recreational powersport vehicles and marine vehicles. Norsask is located near North Battleford, Saskatchewan, and services the Battlefords area out of a modern facility with a community legacy extending beyond 30 years.
Founded in 1948, Redhead is a large and comprehensive multi-line heavy equipment dealer in Saskatchewan. Through their now eight strategic locations, Redhead sells market-leading brands including Case IH, Volvo and Mack across several verticals including agricultural equipment, construction equipment, heavy trucks and trailers, recreation and marine vehicles.
