Denis Albert CPA, CA

Regional Managing Partner

Denis is the Regional Managing Partner for the New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island offices. Bilingual in French and English, he brings more than two decades of experience in accounting, tax, and business-related matters to his role. Denis provides tax planning and financial advice to help his clients grow their business and ensure their profitability.

Denis works one-on-one with owner-managed businesses, such as healthcare professionals — including dental and medical professionals — and companies in the fishing, construction, manufacturing, and real estate sectors. His experience includes tax and financial restructuring, financing, family trusts, business sales and acquisitions, and succession planning.

Denis earned a Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Moncton in 1998. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2000, and completed the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants’ In-Depth Tax Program in 2003.

Denis is treasurer of Mountain Top House, which serves inmates and their families by helping them stay in contact with one another, and a director of Dieppe-based biotech companies Triple Hair and Pulmonem.
