Irina is a Business Advisor with MNP’s Private Enterprise Services team in Kelowna. With more than two decades of experience, she works closely with small, medium‑sized and owner‑managed businesses, helping entrepreneurs and their families achieve their business, financial, and personal goals.

A member of MNP’s Family Office Services team, Irina values strong client relationships and takes the time to understand each client’s business and unique circumstances. This approach allows her to develop practical, customized solutions and provide advice that supports both short‑term needs and long‑term objectives. She is committed to service excellence, and supports her clients with corporate and personal tax planning and compliance, estate planning, assurance and accounting services, and other business matters that clients face in their daily operations.

Irina graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest, Romania with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in 2000. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2014.
