Paul Lipiec, CPA, CA

Paul is a member of MNP’s Private Assurance and Accounting Services team in Mississauga, where he advises clients on achieving their business and financial reporting objectives with a focus on quality, timeliness, and strategic insight.

Paul brings close to a decade of experience serving Canadian and U.S. public and private companies, providing assurance work services in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE), and U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). He has worked across a variety of industries, supporting clients through acquisitions, complex transactions, and evolving reporting requirements. His public company experience positions him to guide private companies through IFRS adoption and capital markets readiness, including go-public opportunities.

Paul leads the planning and execution of assurance engagements, overseeing service delivery and ensuring high-quality outcomes for his clients. He works closely with management teams to provide practical, forward-looking advice that supports growth and operational efficiency, including identifying opportunities across tax, consulting, technology, and performance improvement.

Paul earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in accounting from the University of Guelph-Humber in 2014. He holds a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA).
