Stephen Green, CPA, CA

Stephen is a Partner with MNP’s Ethics team in Winnipeg. With a decade of public practice experience, Stephen works closely with the firm’s Client Services team, providing technical advice and consultation on matters of independence, conflict of interest, and other professional conduct and ethical standards.

As a key member of MNP’s Ethics team, Stephen collaborates with all MNP service lines to identify and develop high-quality thought leadership and presentations. He also helps develop responses to ethics and independence standard setters’ requests for comments on new and amended standards.

Stephen earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) from the University of Manitoba in 2010. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2012. Stephen is the treasurer of Winnipeg-based Never Alone Cancer Foundation, which provides emotional, financial, and informational support to cancer patients, their families, and caregivers in Manitoba.
