Zach de Boer, CPA

Zach is a member of MNP’s Assurance and Accounting Services team in Abbotsford, as well as a member of the firm’s National Family Office ‒ Transition Management team. He is passionate about helping MNP clients navigate complex accounting and advisory challenges by providing practical solutions that enhance their long‑term business success. He takes a long‑term approach, walking alongside clients as their businesses and lives evolve, helping them make wise, forward‑looking decisions.

Zach delivers tailored assurance, tax, and business advisory services for private corporations and not-for-profit organizations across Canada.

He works with clients in a variety of industries, including real estate and construction, dealerships, manufacturers, agricultural nurseries; and the not-for-profit sector.

In his national role with the Family Office team, Zach works with companies to develop profit sharing (MNP Blueline) and employee ownership programs (SMARTshare) that support long-term growth, employee ownership, and shareholder succession.

Zach earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of the Fraser Valley in 2017. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying in 2021.

Zach gives back to the local community, and served as treasurer of Communitas Supportive Care Society and finance chair of Arnold Community Church in Abbotsford.
