Giving back to the communities we live and work in is one of MNP’s core values. Recognizing the incredible work of the many non-profit organizations across Canada is an opportunity we cherish and actively look to continue, which is why we developed the Client Feedback Gives Back program.
APPLE Schools is a research-based, school-focused initiative with the goal of empowering students to build lifelong health habits, develop critical skills, and thrive both in and out of the classroom. The organization currently supports more than 35,000 children in over 100 schools across Canada, with a focus on those in vulnerable, remote, or underserved communities.

Twice a year, MNP Digital selects a non-profit organization to support through our Client Feedback Gives Back program. We donate $1 to their cause for every client satisfaction survey submission received.
MNP Digital’s Managed IT Services team responds to everyday challenges that clients face with their IT systems. Every support ticket the team resolves includes a seven-second client feedback survey, which helps ensure that clients are receiving the best support experience. Now it also gives the team a chance to support an outstanding community non-profit in the process.

MNP Digital is proud to select APPLE Schools as the fifth recipient of this initiative. The previous recipient to receive a donation from this program was Pilgrims Hospice Society. The team is optimistic that this initiative will continue to grow, enabling the fundraising impact to go further for additional deserving charities in the future.
