Marie-Ève Dubuc, LL.B., MBA, MTax, is a partner in MNP’s International Tax Services in Montreal, where she advises individuals and employers.

In that role, she excels at helping her clients understand and meet their tax obligations. Marie-Ève uses her strong communication skills to explain complex tax matters in a straightforward manner with clarity and assurance. Her expertise goes hand in hand with her natural ability to build lasting relationships, which greatly contributes to smooth professional interactions. 

Before joining MNP, Marie-Ève worked for a world-class accounting firm, where she gained considerable experience and developed a deep understanding of the challenges of cross-border taxation. Over the years, she specialized in international tax for individuals, providing sound advice and ensuring compliance nationally and internationally. Her solid grasp of the subtleties of payrolls, both at the national and international level, and benefits, including long-term incentives for employees, make her an invaluable resource for her clients.

In 2017, Marie-Ève was admitted to the Barreau du Québec as a tax lawyer following her internship with the Honourable Robert J. Hogan at the Tax Court of Canada. She also completed her MBA and her Master of Taxation at Université de Sherbrooke, in Quebec.
