    Sylvia Tello is a member of MNP’s Consulting group in Toronto and the firm’s National Lead for Program Management Services. Drawing on more than two decades of consulting experience, Sylvia helps clients manage and deliver complex projects, create and lead cohesive teams, change organizational culture to better align with business direction, design services and processes, and build and deliver strategies to manage major organizational changes.

    Sylvia has extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of program management, strategy and planning and organization and people. She has helped her clients in implementing organizational-wide business and technology changes in Consulting. Sylvia has established program management offices for some of the more complex programs — assisting governments to deliver client-centric programs.

    Throughout her career, Sylvia has worked with government bodies at provincial, national, and international levels.  Her extensive understanding of the workings of government has led her to manage numerous challenging change management projects. Sylvia uses her proven negotiation techniques to ensure timely decision making and implementation within project timelines. Her ability to understand government, along with her strong project management skills, has ensured her success across multiple levels of government. Prior to consulting, she had a progressive career in the Ontario government.

    Sylvia earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) from the University of Waterloo. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she is a Project Management Professional (PMP, Project Management Institute), Lean Six Sigma certified from the University of Toronto, and a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
