Training programs
With the Act respecting the protection of personal information (Law 25) now fully in force, we understand that ensuring your organization is compliant can be challenging. To support your company in its compliance efforts, MNP is proud to announce the launch of two new Law 25 training programs.
Law 25 Online Training
This basic training course, based on concrete examples and lasting about 20 minutes, can be completed online at any time. It is designed for all employees, whether they handle personal or non-personal information.
Key topics include:
- Definition of personal information, with concrete examples
- Roles and responsibilities of the Privacy Officer (PO)
- Definition and identification of a privacy incident
- Importance of consent, and the criteria for valid consent
There will be a test to evaluate the understanding of the key concepts covered and of the practices to be applied on a daily basis at the conclusion of the training course.

Privacy Officer training (PO)
This training session is tailor-made for the Privacy Officer (PO) of your business. The training will help to strengthen their foundational knowledge and develop the necessary reflexes to diligently fulfill the responsibilities of the PO role. The duration of this personalized training is four hours, and the cost is $3,000.
