Linda’s positivity, supportive approach to teamwork, and overall kindness are just a few of the reasons she was nominated as an inspiring woman. As a hardworking member of the Halifax/Dartmouth office, Linda’s colleagues admire her go-getter attitude, especially when working through complex tax issues. She has the constant drive to go above and beyond. Linda’s dedication to her work is evident daily and she’s an extremely knowledgeable, invaluable asset to the team.

Rita Dipersio, Senior Administrative Assistant

Rita inspires her colleagues through her community service efforts and generosity around the office. An eager supporter of her coworkers, Rita is a kind and attentive presence who genuinely cares about the lives and careers of those she works with. Through success and failure, Rita can be counted on to be an encouraging and helpful person who doesn’t shy away from hard work and the opportunity to give back.

Kellie Chafe, Senior Estate Manager

Kellie’s energetic presence brings positivity and fun to her region’s office, even during busy and stressful times. Kellie inspires her coworkers through her enthusiastic approach to the job and her desire to support and help mentor colleagues in any way she can. Her success with her clients is clear to those around her, as is her desire to treat every challenge as an opportunity to learn and grow.

Donna Robichaud, Senior Manager, Assurance and Accounting

Moncton/Dieppe, NB

Donna is a hardworking member of the Moncton/Dieppe teams who, with a great deal of experience and knowledge in her field, has mentored a significant amount of new team members over the years. Donna inspires her coworkers with her thirst for learning and improvement, her eagerness to listen, and her honesty. Clearly passionate about her work, Donna is an extraordinary teacher with the ability to anticipate the future needs of the office and the clients she serves.
