<p><strong>John Muffolini, CPA, CA,</strong> is the National Leader, Technology, Media & Telecommunications at MNP. He has more than 22 years of experience providing assurance and advisory services to national and international companies in diverse industries and markets.</p>
<p>John is skilled at providing support to clients including assisting them through acquisitions and divestitures, due diligence, initial public offerings and secondary offerings in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. He has extensive international experience, including three years working with technology companies in Silicon Valley, California. Prior to joining MNP, John served in numerous leadership positions including the Technology, Media, Telecommunications (TMT) Industry Leader, Technology FAST50 Program Leader and the Chinese Services Audit Group Leader with two different international accounting and business advisory firms.</p>
<p>John earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is a designated Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA). John is actively engaged in his professional community and has acted as a guest lecturer at Rotman School of Business and as a guest speaker at various conferences. He is regularly sought out to provide insight into the technology and software industry by participating in media interviews and providing information for written publications and articles.</p>
