Adam Ali, MBA, is a Partner with MNP’s Consulting Services practice in Ottawa. Drawing on extensive experience working with public sector clients in Canada and internationally, Adam helps his clients navigate complex challenges and situations to achieve their goals in an efficient and effective manner.

With a proven track record of managing projects on time and within budget, Adam analyzes his clients’ strategic, operational and technological issues and helps them develop their business vision and requirements. He identifies business and technology opportunities and develops process and organizational delivery structures focused on productivity, proficiency and optimizing performance. He is a PROSCI certified change management professional (PMP) and he specializes in successfully helping organizations navigate through enabled business transformation.

Adam has been providing management consulting, professional services and software solution services to the public sector since 1995. Before joining MNP, he led the design, development and delivery of customized end-to-end business solutions as the founder of a leading Ottawa-based public sector consulting firm. Adam has worked on significant initiatives within a wide range of Canadian government departments and for the United Nations on multiple assignments.

Adam earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Ottawa in 1997 and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2013.
