Brock Stroud, CPA, CA, is Team Leader and a Partner in MNP’s Public Markets practice in Toronto. Brock works closely with businesses in a wide range of industries, including mining and extraction, start-up technology, and investment management, helping ensure his clients comply with complex regulatory requirements and enhancing their success.

Brock acts as a liaison for public companies and private companies planning to go public through direct initial public offerings or reverse mergers. He handles the details of meeting accounting requirements and completing assurance engagements, delivering solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Brock earned a Bachelor of Accounting (BAcc) (Co-op program, Honors) from Brock University in 2005. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Professional Accountant (CA) in 2007.
