Catherine is a Partner in MNP’s Finance Consulting team in Montréal. She brings more than 15 years of consulting experience with companies of all sizes to her role.

Catherine works with businesses across a wide range of industries, including aerospace and transportation, retail, manufacturing and industrial products, resources and energy, financial services (banks and investment funds), as well as the not-for-profit sector.

She has extensive experience leading financial transformation projects for organizations ranging from small businesses, to large enterprises. Her experience includes business process improvement and automation, as well as performance optimization. Her services encompass financial diagnostics, accelerated close workshops, organizational structure reviews, support for financial systems implementation, and facilitating strategic workshops (on a variety of topics that include chief experience officer (CXO) transition lab and initial public offering readiness).

Passionate about the future of finance, emerging technologies, and artificial intelligence, Catherine leads collaborative sessions focused on the evolving role of finance within organizations.

Before joining MNP, she spent more than 15 years in the finance advisory and audit practices of one of the Big Four, working with large public and private companies.

Catherine mentors entrepreneurs to help them navigate the complexities of financial strategy and growth. She is a member of the Young Directors program at the Institute for Governance of Private and Public Organizations (IGOPP).

Catherine is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA auditor) and a member of the Québec CPA Order (Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec). She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from HEC Montréal in 2012 and a Graduate Diploma in Accounting in 2013, graduating on the Honour Roll.
