Chelene is a member of MNP’s Insolvency and Corporate Recovery group in Saskatoon. An effective, empathetic communicator, she delivers creative solutions to individuals, small businesses, farming operations, and banking institutions for restructuring debt, negotiating asset sales, and preserving and realizing assets. She brings strong knowledge of insolvency laws and regulations to her role as she assesses the financial health of corporations and individuals and offers solutions to move forward with a fresh start.

Chelene delivers recovery, debt management, and insolvency services to individuals and small businesses in financial distress. She manages all aspects of bankruptcies and proposals to compromise debt for individuals (proposals and bankruptcies) and small businesses (proposals, bankruptcies, and viability assessments).

She also works with banking institutions, credit unions, and farming operations in Saskatoon, Melfort, Humboldt, and Prince Albert. Her services include asset preservation and realization in corporate bankruptcies and receiverships. She is also a consultant to First Nations, advising on asset liquidation and viability assessment.

Chelene also works with MNP’s Insolvency and Corporate Recovery Group in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and B.C., helping clients in a variety of industries with asset preservation and realization, financial restructuring, and viability assessments.

Chelene is a Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP 2019) and a Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT 2021). She is a dedicated volunteer in the community.
