David is a member of MNP’s Assurance and Accounting Services team in Toronto. David helps private enterprises, providing tailored accounting, assurance, tax and advisory services and solutions. He develops a thorough understanding of his clients’ operations, goals and long-term vision so he can effectively address their unique business needs.

David helps clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution and service. His clients range from small owner-managed companies to large private equity owned and funded groups. David is experienced in general tax consulting, cash flow forecasting and analysis, performance measurement and process improvement.

David graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Accounting (BAcc) and Master of Accounting (MAcc) in accounting and finance. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2016.
