Denis St-Pierre is a Tax Services partner at MNP’s offices in the New Brunswick peninsula with more than 25 years of professional experience.

He helps owner-run businesses with all aspects of their tax strategies, including trust and estate planning, revenue splitting, and business sales and acquisitions. A former collections officer and auditor for the Canada Revenue Agency, Denis uses his experience to navigate any corporate tax issues clients are facing. He is also frequently asked to arbitrate family business disputes, advise on company sales prices, and help devise shareholder exit strategies.

Before joining MNP, Denis was a partner in another New Brunswick firm for around 20 years. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Moncton University and has completed specialized tax and corporate restructuring courses.

Denis is a committed CPA ambassador, and has received the title of Fellow, which formally recognizes members who have rendered exceptional services to the profession. Denis sits on CPA Canada’s Small and Medium Practitioner Tax Committee and was a governor of the Canadian Tax Foundation.
