Donato is a Business Advisor with MNP’s Assurance and Accounting Services team in Markham. For more than two decades, Donato has been providing tailored assurance and business advisory services to Canadian, U.S., and global private and public companies reporting under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (U.S. GAAP), and Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE).

Donato helps companies in a wide variety of industries, including the food and beverage, manufacturing and distribution, consumer packaged goods, retail, franchisor/franchisee, and real estate sectors. He also advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and deal-related matters. 

Donato earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) in accounting from Ryerson University (Toronto Metropolitan University) in 2003. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Illinois.
