Dylan is a member of MNP’s Tax Services team, working closely with the firm’s Private Enterprise group in Calgary. Dylan is passionate about building strong relationships and contributing to his clients’ business success by providing proactive business and tax advisory services to a wide range of owner-managed and private businesses.

Dylan brings ideas and planning solutions forward to fit each client’s unique needs. He works closely with his clients to deliver specialty tax services, including corporate reorganization, mergers and acquisitions, succession, estate planning and family trusts, and personal and corporate income tax planning.

Dylan provides guidance on a range of business issues while managing the practicalities of tax planning. In addition, he is part of MNP’s Tax Transaction Services team, overseeing and executing on merger and acquisition tax planning matters.

Dylan completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with Great Distinction from the University of Regina. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2008. Dylan is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation and has presented at the Western Canadian Tax Conference.
