Elizabeth is a Partner with MNP’s Tax Services team. With expertise in tax advisory services, particularly business acquisitions and sales, reorganizations, and estate planning, Elizabeth provides tax advice tailored to the needs of private companies.

Recognized for her enthusiasm, analytical mindset, and curiosity, Elizabeth prides herself on delivering high quality service to her clients, who include small and large businesses in various sectors, such as real estate, professional services, and retail. She works closely with her clients to ensure they are informed of their tax obligations throughout their business’s life cycle.

Elizabeth began her professional career at one of the Big Four firms. After obtaining her CPA designation, she returned to school to specialize in taxation, having always been interested in this field.

Elizabeth holds a bachelor's degree and a graduate diploma in accounting from the Université du Québec à Rimouski, as well as a Specialized Graduate Diploma in Tax Law from HEC Montréal. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying in 2017.
