Frederick is a member of MNP’s HR Consulting Services team in the Vancouver region. Frederick works closely with a variety of organizations and First Nations seeking recruitment services. With more than a decade of recruitment consulting and executive search experience, Frederick helps companies and First Nations across B.C. and Western Canada find the right long-term fit for their team. He has successfully led searches for a range of professions, from human resources to marketing managers. In particular, he specializes in recruitment for mid- to senior-level accounting and finance roles. With a transparent, partnership approach, Frederick has led searches for leaders at the highest levels of an executive team, including directors and C-Suite executives.

Frederick earned an Honours Bachelor of Science (BSc) from Newcastle University in the UK. He is also a Chartered Professional of Human Resources (CPHR) and is an active member of the CPHR British Columbia & Yukon Association.
