Gilles is a member of MNP’s Tax team in Gatineau. Gilles delivers tailored tax, consulting and business advisory solutions, helping owner-managed businesses and not-for-profit and charitable organizations find solutions to their challenges and achieve success.

Gilles works one-on-one with clients in the real estate and construction, professional services, retail, and dealership sectors. His services include helping clients with the purchase and sale of businesses, mergers and acquisitions, and estate planning.

Prior to joining MNP, Gilles was a partner at a Big Four firm for more than two decades.

Gilles earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the Université du Québec en Outaouais in 1984. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 1986, and has completed the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants’ (CICA) In-Depth Tax Course.

Gilles has been involved in the community for many years, including as a tutor with the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants’ In-Depth Tax course. He taught a tax course at the University of Ottawa and was the treasurer of Gatineau Health Foundation (Fondation Santé Gatineau).

Gilles is bilingual in French and English.
