Heiky is a Partner who leads MNP’s Enterprise Risk Services practice in Saskatchewan. With more than a decade of public practice experience in financial risks and controls, focused primarily in providing audit assurance and advisory services, Heiky helps clients develop practical solutions for internal audit, financial reporting and compliance, risk management, governance, and regulatory needs. She manages and leads client engagements under outsourcing and co-sourced agreements to deliver internal audit services and internal controls reviews.

Heiky works with a diverse range of clients, including Crown corporations and government agencies, credit unions and financial institutions, not-for-profit organizations, and First Nations. She provides internal audit services, including process reviews and internal controls audits, operational audits, policy design and compliance, and governance and regulatory compliance audits.

Heiky graduated from York University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Education (BEd) and an Honours Bachelor of Science (BSc). She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2015 and a Certified Internal Auditor (2023).

Heiky serves on the board of the Institute of Internal Auditors Saskatchewan, where she chairs the programs committee. She also sits on the board and chairs the finance and audit committee of Munch Catering, a registered charitable organization providing food services training and employment opportunities for adults with cognitive differences.
