Helen is a member of MNP’s Digital Services team in Victoria. With more than two decades of experience leading complex change across industries and technologies, she helps public sector and regulated clients navigate transformation initiatives where technology, policy, and operations converge.

As part of the firm’s Digital Advisory practice, Helen’s services include digital transformation, customer relationship management platforms, Agile project management, and AI-enabled solutions, with a focus on delivering scalable, cost-efficient outcomes.

Prior to joining MNP, Helen was a director at a Big Four firm, where she served as the national program lead for Canada within the global assets and solutions group, driving the development and go-to-market of digital products used by clients in Canada and worldwide. She has also served as a global subject matter expert for the Project Management Institute and provides professional development for the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia (CPABC).

Helen holds a Master’s Certificate in Project Management. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Project Management Agile-Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified ScrumMaster, and holds multiple Salesforce certifications.
