For more than 20 years Howard has provided strategic advice and quality service to builders, developers, contractors, owners and managers of commercial, industrial and residential properties.

With a strong focus on building trust, Howard values his relationships with every client. He strives to identify needs, listen carefully, and to offer creative ideas and practical solutions. The long-term relationships he has developed with many clients are a testament to the consistent, reliable support he provides.

Howard is a graduate of McGill University where he earned a BA in Economics in 1985; he received his CA designation in 1990.
