Jacob Nataf, B.Sc., B.C.L./LL.B, is a Partner with MNP’s Tax Services group in Montréal. A trusted advisor, Jacob delivers a comprehensive suite of tax services and business advice to high net worth individuals and corporations across a broad range of industries, working closely with his clients to find the best solution to their unique situation. Jacob advises on corporate reorganizations, acquisitions and estate planning. He also helps his clients more easily navigate complex tax situations, from dispute resolution to tax controversy management.

Jacob helps his clients communicate with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and Revenu Québec (RQ) and Office of the Taxpayer’s Ombudsman and routinely resolves disputes with the RQ and CRA audit and appeals divisions. He also provides voluntary disclosures, requests for taxpayer relief, advance tax rulings, and negotiations with CRA and RQ collections.

Jacob has completed CPA Canada’s In-depth Tax, In-Depth Corporate Reorganizations, Advanced Tax Issues for the Owner-managed Business and Navigating and Resolving Tax Disputes courses. He is a member of the Québec Bar; the Canadian Tax Foundation; the Association de planification fiscale et financière; and the Jewish Community Foundation Professional Advisory Committee.
