Regional Managing Partner

Jean-François is MNP’s Regional Managing Partner for the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean, Bas St-Laurent, Côte-Nord, Gaspésie, Abibiti-Témiscamingue, Bathurst, and Acadian Peninsula regions. He provides strategic direction for these regions and leads the firm’s Professional Services team. Jean-François is a proactive business advisor with more than three decades of experience delivering assurance and advisory services to private and public companies of all sizes in all sectors. He offers his clients a wide variety of strategic support services, including business sales and acquisitions, financing, statutory audit, and management consulting. 

Bilingual in French and English, Jean-François earned a Bachelor of Accounting from the Université de Chicoutimi. He is actively involved in regional community initiatives, including playing a key role in activities held by local Chambers of Commerce and business groups. He maintains close relationships with financial institutions and other stakeholders; connecting his clients with the right people to ensure the success of their projects. 

Jean-François is a Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant (FCPA). He was awarded the Fellow distinction — recognizing CPAs who have rendered exceptional service to the profession and their communities, and the accounting profession’s highest honour— by the Ordre des CPA du Québec in 2025.
