Jeff Neill, CPA, CA

Jeff is a member of MNP’s Assurance and Accounting Services team in Welland. He is dedicated to helping his clients achieve their business and personal goals.

Jeff works in general practice and provides business, financial, audit and assurance, and tax consulting services to owner-managed businesses throughout the Niagara Region. He helps clients in all industries, including construction, automotive, hospitality, professionals, retail, and manufacturing.

Prior to joining MNP, Jeff was with a local accounting firm, starting as a co-op student in 1999, and serving as a partner since 2012.

Jeff graduated from Brock University with an Honours Bachelor of Accounting (BAcc) in 2004. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant, qualifying in 2004. In 2011, he received the Business Link Media Group’s 40 Under Forty Business Achievement Award.

Jeff is treasurer of the Welland-Pelham Chamber of Commerce, serving on the chamber’s board of directors since 2007. He was the Chamber of Commerce board president from 2014 to 2016 and past president from 2017 to 2019. In a previous volunteer role, he served as treasurer of the Niagara Food Festival and chaired the Festival’s finance committee.

Jeff is a past member of the Ontario Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants Examination Committee, which sets the standards for the Ontario CPA professional exams. He also marked practice exams for the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA) Uniform Final Evaluation and the Ontario School of Accountancy Exam for several years.
