Jon Garcia, CPA, CA, is a Partner in MNP’s Assurance Services group in Edmonton. Jon works closely with MNP’s Indigenous Services team, where he focuses on audits, review engagements, accounting assistance, taxation issues and general consulting. He has worked with both First Nations and Métis settlements throughout his career, mainly managing audits for communities, related businesses and community organizations.

Jon also has extensive experience with owner-managed businesses in many industries, offering clients a variety of assurance, corporate and personal tax planning and business advisory services. In addition, he has worked on audits for various not-for-profit organizations.

Committed to each and every client, Jon believes building strong relationships is critical to understanding his clients’ needs. By developing trusting relationships, he is able to provide his clients with the information they need to meet their corporate and personal goals.

Jon is a designated Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA), qualifying in 2012. He is actively involved with the Edmonton Minor Hockey community as a volunteer coach for his son’s hockey team.
