Managing Director

Jonathan Conly is a Managing Director with MNP's Corporate Finance group in Vancouver. With nearly a decade of advisory and accounting experience, he specializes in due diligence, assisting clients on acquisitions, divestitures, and financing transactions.

Focusing on due diligence and quality of earnings engagements, Jonathan provides financial and operational insights that allow clients to better assess the risk associated with their prospective transaction and investment decisions. He works with both financial and strategic clients, including private equity, public and private companies, and individuals. His deal experience spans a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, transportation and warehousing, construction, distribution and services, insurance and financial services, and more.

Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Calgary in 2011 and a Masters of Professional Accounting (MPAcc) in 2015 from the University of Saskatchewan. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and is currently pursuing his Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designation.
