Khrystyna is a Partner in MNP’s Indigenous Services Consulting Practice in Calgary. With more than a decade of experience, Khrystyna leads MNP’s Indigenous Education Service line. Deeply committed to supporting the success of Indigenous students, her work focuses on building administrative capacity, securing sustainable funding for Indigenous organizations, and enhancing educational programs and services that directly impact student outcomes.

Khrystyna works closely with a wide range of education clients from coast to coast — including First Nations education departments, education authorities, and regional and national Indigenous organizations. Her focus areas include strategic and operational planning, governance and policy development, educational needs assessments, funding analysis, business case development, project management, and negotiations with the federal and provincial governments.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Public Administration (MPA).
