Laura is a Partner with MNP’s Indigenous Consulting Services team, based in Charlottetown, P.E.I. With over 20 years of executive experience spanning Indigenous governance and services, not-for-profit leadership, and advisory services, Laura brings deep insight, cultural fluency, and a values-driven approach to supporting communities and organizations across Canada.

Laura specializes in capacity building and collaborative engagements, offering strategic and operational insights, change and transformation services, governance development, leadership and coaching support, and specialized learning and development programs. Her work is grounded in long-term visioning and community-led approaches, with particular focus on the needs and aspirations of First Nation governments, economic development corporations, and community-based organizations.

Her experience includes supporting communities and organizations in developing community-led program frameworks, co-developing health and healing plans, and co-creating culturally relevant programming alongside Elders and Knowledge Keepers. Laura also has experience in large-scale response and recovery planning tailored to the unique needs of First Nation communities.

A passionate advocate for lifelong learning, Laura is also a long-serving instructor in the Business faculty at the University of Prince Edward Island, where she teaches change and transformation, organizational behaviour, communication, and strategic management.

She graduated from Saint Vincent University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Education (MEd).
