Managing Director

Mark is a member of MNP’s Corporate Finance team in Calgary. With more than two decades of financial and capital markets experience, Mark helps clients find capital for great projects and businesses.

Mark works closely with corporate clients, public and private sector businesses, and Indigenous organizations. His services include capital raising (debt and equity), capital structure advisory and optimization, project financing, deal execution, and Indigenous project finance.

Prior to joining MNP, Mark worked in senior roles in both investment banking and equity research at large financial institutions as well as at boutique investment banks.

Mark earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) in finance with Distinction from the University of Calgary in 2000. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), qualifying in 2005.
