Matt is a Partner with MNP’s Real Estate and Construction Services team in Markham. With almost two decades of accounting and business advisory experience, his resourcefulness, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills ensure he provides his clients with strategic and valuable insights to solve any business challenge. He is a reliable and clear communicator, taking care to educate clients on the suggestions and solutions he gives, allowing them to make informed business decisions.

Matt's accounting career previously included supporting organizations in the not-for-profit sector, as well as companies in the manufacturing, automotive, hospitality, professional services, and wholesale industries. His services include audit, review, compilation, tax, compliance, and business advisory.

Prior to joining MNP, Matt worked at a Big Four firm, and before that, at a mid-sized firm, giving him the unique opportunity to support clients across many wide-ranging financial situations.

Matt earned an Honours degree in Economics and Accounting (HBA) from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2007. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2010.
