Meagan is a member of MNP’s Valuation and Litigation Support Services team in Sudbury. She delivers tailored business valuation and litigation support services for public and private companies as well as individuals undergoing litigation or requiring business valuation services. Her goal is to understand all facets of each client’s challenge, to provide her clients with a tailored and effective solution. 

Her services encompass business valuation support and the preparation of expert reports for a variety of matters, including shareholder disputes, construction delay claims, tax litigation, breach of contract, and class action lawsuits. 

Meagan helps clients in a wide range of industries, including financial institutions, mining and manufacturing, real estate, and private companies in a variety of industries.

Prior to joining MNP, Meagan worked at a Big Four firm for seven years, as a senior manager in disputes and litigation and a senior accountant in audit and assurance. 

Meagan earned an Honors Business Administration (HBA) from Western University’s Ivey School of Business in 2018. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying in 2021 and a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV 2023).
