Megan is a Partner with MNP’s Canadian Tax Services team in Surrey. Megan develops strong relationships with her clients by providing customized tax solutions to help them achieve their business and personal goals. She specializes in tax planning for private companies, including corporate reorganizations, succession planning, trust and estate planning, tax mitigation strategies, and mergers and acquisitions.

Megan brings more than a decade of public practice experience to her role, with extensive experience providing tax advice and strategies to owner-managers in the real estate, investment holding, insurance, technology, professional services, and manufacturing industries.

Megan graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master of Management and Professional Accounting (MMPA) in 2011. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2014. Megan completed CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Course in 2016 and the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) course in 2020.
