Melanie Hansman, CPA, CA, is a Partner and Business Advisor in MNP’s Assurance and Accounting Services group. Working out of the Timmins office, Melanie draws on more than 17 years of experience to help clients understand complex accounting or tax issues, identify solutions and achieve their business goals.

Melanie delivers a full suite of assurance and accounting services, including audits, reviews and compilations. She also helps with personal and corporate tax planning and compliance and consults on the business issues her clients face, connecting them to the firm’s broad-based expertise when it is in their best interests. Melanie’s clients include professionals, small- and mediumsized businesses in a variety of industries and not-for-profit organizations.

In 2003, Melanie obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Nipissing University. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2006. Active in the community, Melanie is the president of the Cochrane District CPA Association and served as treasurer for the Rotary Club of Timmins-Porcupine.
