Mickey Dinis

Mihaela (Mickey) is a member of MNP’s Bookkeeping and Cloud Accounting Services team. With more than two decades of public practice experience, she leads the firm’s ease Cloud Accounting Services team in Ontario. She brings deep knowledge of cloud accounting solutions, digital transformation, and client advisory services to her role. Mickey helps organizations move away from legacy systems and manual processes by leveraging the power of cloud-based platforms and automation tools to improve efficiency, enhance real-time insights, and help clients make confident business decisions.

Mickey builds strong client relationships grounded in transparency and collaboration. She works closely with a diverse portfolio of clients, from small and medium-sized, owner-managed businesses to multinational organizations.

Beyond her work with clients, Mickey is a dedicated and compassionate leader who invests deeply in the development of her colleagues. She has played an instrumental role in helping build and grow high-performing teams across regions, while nurturing a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

Mickey also provides industry insights through webinars, articles, and speaking at industry events. She was a member of a global committee dedicated to the standardization and advancement of cloud accounting services, ensuring consistency and excellence across member firms.
