Nathalie is a Partner with MNP’s International Tax Services team in Montréal. With more than a decade of tax experience developed at leading professional services firms, she possesses in-depth knowledge of corporate and international tax, as well as reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and sales of businesses.

Nathalie advises business owners on a wide range of matters, including holding structures, commercial agreements, and the full scope of tax considerations related to their business activities.

Nathalie graduated from University of Sherbrooke with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in 2008, a Master’s in common law (LLM) in 2010, and a Master’s in Tax (M.Fisc) in 2011; and from the University of Montpellier with a Juris Doctor (JD) in international law in 2012. She has been a member of the Québec Bar since 2013.

Nathalie is bilingual in English and French.
