Nazanin is a member of MNP’s Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) Services team in the Greater Toronto Area. With more than a decade of experience, she provides tax services to businesses conducting research and development, and identifies opportunities to obtain government funding and support, including the SR&ED tax incentive program. She helps her clients fund innovative projects and reinvest in research and development to create jobs and stimulate the Canadian economy.

Nazanin supports small and mid-sized enterprises across a broad range of industries, including technology (biotech and fintech), media and telecommunications, manufacturing, engineering, product development, and agri-food. She identifies funding opportunities, prepares and files SR&ED claims, and helps with CRA audits and defending claims before tax authorities.

Nazanin works with businesses at all stages of their R&D journey, from start-ups to well-established organizations — offering practical guidance and strategic insight.

Prior to joining MNP, Nazanin was a senior associate at a Big Four accounting firm.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) with Distinction from the University of Toronto in 2008. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2012 and completed CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Program in 2017.
