Osman Izaz

Osman is a Partner with MNP’s Digital Solutions national practice, based out of Montréal. He brings more than 25 years of experience in technology strategic planning, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, analytics, productivity management, and artificial intelligence to his role. An innovative strategist and visionary transformation leader, Osman drives digital transformation through the development, motivation, and leadership of high-performing teams, focused on adopting the latest trends and technologies such as AI, quantum, and cloud computing. He has more than two decades of experience in helping mid-sized organizations, and in government procurement and delivery.

A productivity-oriented technologist, he has particular experience in cloud migrations and organizational transformation initiatives. He applies his strategic and technological insights to deliver measurable results, leveraging a unique combination of business acumen and technical knowledge to modernize organizational operations in the private, public, and municipal sectors.

Osman has built a name in the industry and led and successfully built centre of excellence practices. Prior to joining MNP, he was the public sector CRM leader at one of the top global IT firms, where he spearheaded comprehensive digital transformation initiatives and helped develop the company’s public sector practice. Additionally, he led a Big Four firm’s delivery centre and public sector practices.

He is a certified Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe4) Scrum Master, Generative AI certified, and a licensed Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) associate.
