Sabine is a member of MNP’s Consulting Services team in Vancouver. With more than three decades of human resources experience, including more than a decade at the executive level, Sabine provides human resources support to organizations ranging from start-ups to international corporations in both the public and private sectors, as well as to Indigenous communities and organizations. She believes that employees are an organization’s most important asset, and that when supported in their growth and development, they are the main catalyst to organizational success.

Sabine delivers human resources consulting, facilitation, and recruitment services. This includes leadership coaching, employee relations, workshop facilitation, emotional intelligence, diversity and inclusion training, and talent acquisition. She is passionate about helping create a positive organizational culture where people thrive.

Sabine graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in 1996 and from BCIT with a Human Resources Management Certificate (1992) and a Business Management Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management (1986).
