Salina Ghadban, CHRL,CHRP

Salina is a member of MNP’s Consulting Services team in Toronto. For over 15 years, she has helped organizations — both public and private — achieve success while meeting business challenges and navigating change.

Her services include organizational design, transformation and change management, strategic workforce planning, and governance.

Prior to rejoining MNP, Salina worked at two of the Big Four firms, as a manager and as a director. She has consulted for a wide range of federal departments and agencies, provincial ministries and agencies, municipalities, and large private sector organizations. In addition to her consulting work, Salina was engaged as a human resources professional in the federal government and at a local non-profit organization, where she was responsible for both operational and strategic human resources policy and practice, as well as the ongoing development of the human resources function. She is bilingual and offers services in both official languages.

Salina earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) from the University of Ottawa. She is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL).
